Booking, Inspection & Service Scope

By booking a service with GH Towers Auto Workshop, you confirm that all information provided about your vehicle and service requirements is accurate to the best of your knowledge. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Repair times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on vehicle condition, diagnostics, parts availability, supplier delays, and unforeseen repair requirements. During inspection or repair, additional faults may be discovered that were not visible during the initial assessment. In such cases, GH Towers Auto Workshop reserves the right to recommend additional repairs and will seek customer approval before proceeding with any work outside the original scope.

Pricing, Estimates & Payments

All quotations and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if additional issues are identified during the repair process. Customers will be informed of any significant changes before additional work is carried out. Payment is due upon completion of the approved service unless otherwise agreed in writing. GH Towers Auto Workshop reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until all outstanding balances have been settled. Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

Warranty, Liability & Vehicle Responsibility

GH Towers Auto Workshop is committed to providing quality workmanship and professional service. Any warranty provided applies only to the specific repair or replacement carried out by our workshop and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications performed by third parties, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to the original repair. While every effort is made to ensure the highest standard of service, GH Towers Auto Workshop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses resulting from vehicle downtime, delays, part shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from their vehicles before service. The workshop is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle.
